Ms. Fischer is a Consultant Occupational Therapist and Director of Functional Outcomes Rehabilitation Services Inc. She graduated from Queen’s University Rehabilitation Medicine (Occupational Therapy) program in 1993. She is a qualified expert witness to the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Functional/Work Capacity Evaluation, Cost of Future Care Evaluation, Job Site Analysis, and Occupational Therapy. Ms. Fischer offers assessments that extend from the clinic to the community in order to assess all aspects of function. She offers a unique approach to Cost of Future Care Evaluation and Functional Capacity Evaluation based on her training as an occupational therapist, and her extensive course work in brain injury, functional evaluation, and activities of daily living (ADL) assessment.
Min Trevor Kyi is an occupational therapist who practices largely in the field of Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE). He is the Director of Functional Outcomes Rehabilitation Services Inc. He is a current and active member of CAOT and COTBC regulation bodies, licensed to practice by the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia. In addition to his role as Director of Functional Outcomes, Mr. Kyi is a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy. He has also obtained a post-graduate diploma through the University of Florida in Functional Capacity Evaluation. He is a Senior Disability Analyst and Diplomate with the American Board of Disability Analysts. Mr. Kyi was the first non-physician recipient of the Faculty of Medicine Award for outstanding clinical teacher at the University of British Columbia. He has lectured extensively in the arena of Functional Capacity Evaluation and Ergonomics, throughout the United States, Canada, Asia, and Europe.
